Nothing, or zero just so it knows you addressed it. (Several states don't have income taxes and many people don't have to pay them even in States that do).
It depends on the state. In NY you do but I think in Florida you dont.
The objectives in filing are, 1Efficiency 2Economy 3Simplicity
in michigan you have to pay city state and federal taxes it is taken out of your paymentif you dont have city taxes taken out of your check you must report it to the city if there is a city tax
As soon as you receive your W2 and the tax forms become available you can file. Some people use their last paycheck stub to file their taxes but this isn't recommended as sometimes the information can be different. You will also need your employer EIN # if filing online and this information isn't on your paycheck stub. A lot of online sites such as Turbo Tax will let you know if you are trying to file your taxes too early as some forms can't be filed online until after certain dates. Alot of tax preparers such as H&R Block will file your taxes using your last paycheck stub also, personally I have never been to a tax preparer as they dont do anything different than I can do on my own. I rather save my money.

Unlikely unless you are married and your spouse is filing a separate return (rather than a joint return). You might also have to file taxes if you receive a large lump sum for benefits from a previous year or years. But are you sure you have no other income? No interest from the bank? No pension? No IRA? No 401k? No investments?
Well they just don't go away if you ignore them if that's what you mean. The taxes will be a claim, a secured claim, in your BK. It will affect what is availabel to pay others and may well affect your chances to save the property they are on.
