Don't. Instead dry the outside with a towel as best you can, then leave it for a couple of days in a dry place to dry off. If you're lucky it will still work.
An umbrella gets wetter but it keeps you dry.
If the pokewalker gets wet I will try and take the battery out and dry it as much as i can, I am not that positive it will still work but hopefully it will.
