if you do not pass any one section of the exam, you must wait six months prior to being allowed to retake that section.
Beams fail in many ways; two categories are, stability failures and strength failures. Stability failures usually relate to structural systems, whereas strength failures relate to the members comprising a structure. Of the many ways which a beam can fail, bending is a very common one.
It depends on the material and the climate/rainfall. Standard concrete roof tiles have a stated life of only something like 40-50 years. They don't fail as such, they just get progressively more porous.
Go down to the shops and buy around 40 tubs of moisturiser and smother on concrete. This should make the concrete feel nice and get rid of all wrinkles.
to prevent the beam from failing immediately when a crack occurs. If the ultimate resisting moment is less than the crcking moment the beam wold fail, but by putting a minimum percentage of steel i the concrete this can be avoided.
Concrete is strong in compression, as the aggregate efficiently carries the compression load. However, it is weak in tension as the cement holding the aggregate in place can crack, allowing the structure to fail. Reinforced concrete solves these problems by adding metal reinforcing bars, glass fiber, or plastic fiber to carry tensile loads
i think you can try it again
no you have to pay again
to fail or flunk an exam, the same as American English.
Just like any other exam, if you fail, you must write it over again at another time if it is allowed, if not.... More studying and back to square 1 Or Maybe in other countries like mine .. the most main exams are the mid year exams and last year exams .. so if you fail in last year exam you Redo it in the summer and if you fail again you restart the year
