It shouldn't mean twins sometimes even bloodtests come out wrong like my aunt had a child but during her pregnancy they said it was 5 weeks along but they tried for the baby 2 weeks before not five n they did not have intercourse since... also twins shouldn be that far apart because twing are born within mminutes to hours apart.
Why would there be no fetal movement at 18 weeks 4 days?
When you say "no fetal movement" do you mean that you have just been unable to feel the baby move as of yet? Or have you had altrasounds that show that the baby does not move? For my first pregnancy I did not feel he baby move till 20 weeks. And the pregnancies after that I was able to feel a bit earlier, but not much. I would say if you are getting good heart tones and the altrasound shows well, not to worry, likely soon you will be asking to not be able to feel it for a while. If you have felt it a lot, and than for days are not feeling it, that is a certain reason for a trip to the doc to check for the babies heart. But if you have not felt it at all yet, try to be at peace, and trust your little one is on Gods hands.

At this stage of the pregnancy your baby is turning and moving a lot. It never stays in one position. The baby has plenty of room and rolls about tangling in and out of the cord. You will feel your baby's movement all over your stomach. Nothing to worry about. Enjoy it. Once your baby starts to grow more there will be less room to move and the movements will then feel stronger and more restricted but still plenty of movements.

If you mean two weeks after conception (Which is actually four weeks pregnant) then it is still no. At 4 weeks pregnant, it is just an embryo, it doesn't have any limbs for now, but that won't take long! It usually takes about 16 weeks to start feeling fetal movement for your first child. For those who have been pregnant before, may be able to detect the movement a couple of weeks earlier just because they know what to expect. At 4 weeks pregnant your embryo is 1/25 of an inch and weighs less than one gram! But by week 6 your baby will have limbs developing and will be about an 1/8 of an inch!!
