That depends on their genders. If they are both males, they will probably fight each other. If they are both females, then its fine. Its also okay if one is a girl and one is a boy (but be prepared to spay and neuter if you don't want pups!)

YES. It is normal, but it will continue until: a) Baby is all grown up. (Not likely) b) Baby is dead (sad, but true.) The only thing to do is separate them.

Yes, guinea pigs can "accidentally"get pregnant at any age! It's not so good for a baby guinea pig to get pregnant though, but a one month old GP can get pregnant anytime! It's healthy! It still goes through the same thing as a different aged piggie!!!
