If you get caught and charged with an alleged drug but it is only Prozac but it is not your prescription how much trouble can you get in if you have never been in trouble not even a speed ticket?

Excuse me! ONLY Prozac? Prozac is a 'controlled substance' prescription narcotic. If it is truly only your first offense you MAY get off lightly but don't kid yourself that it is not a serious offense.
