No, all your license are suspended. The DMV computer system goes through every state, so if you get pulled over they will know that you have a DUI and a suspended license.
PILOT's license, or DRIVER's license?? You can pilot an aircraft with a suspended drivers license. One has nothing to do with the other. You cannot fly with a suspended pilot's license or you are in violation of FEDERAL law.
I heard if you got a warrant in one county, you should still be able to get it in another county. But then again the woman on the phone said it just depends on if the person behind the counter at the DMV is in a good mood or not. Also, when you go in make sure someone else is driving you or they might get you on driving w out/or w a suspended license
yea u do cuz i went to block island and my license was suspended and i tryed to rent a moped but they said i couldn't so my wife had to drive
It doesn't really matter whether you knew it or not. You should have known, and had you bothered to exercise reasonable discretion ("Hey, your license is still valid, right?") you would have known. If the person lied and said "sure", then you can sue them. Either way, it's not your insurance company's problem.
same guy here, the reason why i said it was suspended was because i deleted it and tried to download it again, and it said it was suspended and wont let it download Why was it suspended and how do i bypass this?
If you still have a valid driver's license, and don't need an Interlock device installed, you should be able to get a motorcycle permit.
They said it was because of underage smoking
You can't get unsespended and u get sespended for like around 3 days..sorry
Brutus said it while dying
According to the written law in New Jersey Motor Vehicle Information page 2012, there are still 5 states which are not connected to a national database. Some in south and maybe mid-west.You will have to locate the states yourself as I do not recall them, just that number 5!!
It's not perfect, but it's good enough.
I was told by a Pennsylvania State policeman (as he held my California drivers license and wrote my speeding ticket) that the states have agreements to enforce collection of each other tickets, so that if I didn't pay the PA ticket, CA would collect the money from me or, failing that, suspend my license and not renew it. I don't know if that is how it works, but that's what the man said. I got a speeding ticket in Virginia in 2005. Still have not paid it. I live in NY. My license was never suspended or anything.
