Not really because the dog has a diffrent and first family
No you dont have to do that.
It can be either way. For example, with a labradoodle, if the father was a labrador and the mom was a poodle, it would be a labradoodle, but the name would be the same visa versa.
If Goofy is a dog, why does he have a pet dog named Pluto?
Not really sure what you're asking here... Are you asking if your wifes dog should have your families last name? Sure, why not. Unless your wife used the full name all the time the dog wont be confused by it's new last name. They really only catch the first 2 syllables anyway. However if your asking should our new child have the same name as our dog? Heck NO!!! You're gonna end up with one very confused dog AND child. lol
you would find the name of the dog where it was last seen, the color, age, size and temperment of the dog, the breed, where to contact you and a picture is probably your best chance at getting a phone call
-description -when/ where last seen -reward -phone number
