Yes. But what kind of nail? If it was a construction nail, when was your last tetanus shot? Certainly you should consult a medical care provider with any questions, but you can treat something like this with standard first aid. Scrub it clean with soap and water, apply peroxide or an antibiotic agent and cover it. But check out the tetanus issue with a professional.
