Likely? no not by far. In this instance, not by a dozen leap years. Possible? Anything is possible. But, I am not a doctor nor any type of medical professional. I was in that situation once, with few days more in between. Trust me, highly unlikely it is the guy on the 16th. Do yourself a favor, tell them both. And make sure to get all the information you can on both of them. Full names SSNs if you can. Guys that don't want to be fathers tend to run, don't let him do that. Am I saying to cling to him for life NO NO NO. Just make sure he takes responsibility for what he helped create. If you are with the guy you slept with on the 16th tell him now about the other guy. DON'T WAIT!! If he is worth keeping you will be able to tell him and he will accept your error in judgement. If he doesn't, you are better off without him. Especially since the child is most likely not his. DO NOT LIE TO HIM! It only makes everything worse. You could be reasonbly confident about guy 1 based on the use of the condom. Otherwise you might need to look to DNA. It could be the first guy, BUT ultrasound machines are know to be off by 2 weeks. So you should have a DNA test done to be sure.
