Honestly. If you lie, it will be found out sooner or later. Most employers can easily check a background, and larger ones usually do.
petty offense, misdemeanor, felony... -- cchs
NO, not unless other circumstances may apply. Its a civil infraction, and could be a misdemeanor if you were being reckless at the time.
A Class C Misdemeanor is the lowest level of criminal offense. It is punishable in Indiana by not more that sixty days in jail and a fine of up to $500.00.
Spitting on the sidewalk is an example of one.
It's the lowest misdemeanor. When you break the law it's categorized into Class A B and C felonies, and Class A B C D and E misdemeanors. Felonies are worse than misdemeanors and receive more punishment. A class E misdemeanor will most likely result in a fine and some community service. Probation will most likely be 6 months to a year but the Probation Officer will most likely let you finish early since it is not a serious offense. But you if you break any laws while on probation it is mandatory jail time.
It is an M4 misdemeanor (The lowest possible misdemeanor) aka a 4th Degree Misdemeanor in Ohio, just as long as guns or firearms are not involved. Then the charge becomes much more serious. But usually they will charge you with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon if you are using firearms, knives, or other deadly weapons.
Hi, I'm not a Lawyer but i can tell you that an M1 is actually worse than an M4. I believe an M4 is the lowest possible Misdemeanor. so I'm not sure an M4 can be lowered. I would think it would be thrown out of court instead of lowered. Thanks, John
A misdemeanor is a lesser crime. It stands below a felony and has three ranks. A, B, and C, with C being the lowest. The punishments allowed for a Class B misdemeanor will vary depending on what state you are living in. Class B misdemeanor typically follow a fine and several days in jail.
It is 126, as in the question.
The US District Courts (of which there 94) are the lowest level of the Federal courts.
This is a silly question; 1 is the lowest positive integer ( 1x300=300).
Trick question. It already IS its own lowest term.
