change the engine
Yes, and it doesn't have a reason
One reason could be an extremely worn engine, another possibility is way too much engine oil has been put into the crankcase.
Most likely not, and with good reason as it couldn't be done without extremely extensive (and expensive) modification.
For some reason it is not getting EITHER fuel OR spark , so it cranks but doesn't start
Have you been getting regular oil changes? Always keeping up on your oil changes are extremely important, and failing to do so severe engine problems like these. I could ask if you are using premium gasoline which is required for Preludes, but they have knock sensors so you don't have to worry about that.
You have a blown head gasket sorry to say. The white smoke is water getting into the combustion chamber and the reason the engine vibrates is the chamber that is getting the water is not firing thus causing the shaking.
they are getting longer for the only reason that seasons are changing. they are getting longer for the only reason that seasons are changing.
clogged line, bad fuel filter, carbs need to be cleaned, to many deposits in the tank
Engine running too rich (getting too much fuel for the amount of air it is getting.) Probably a vacuum hose has a hole in it. But it could be a lot of other things.
The most common reason for a carburetor not to receive fuel is a plugged fuel line. The fuel filter can also be plugged.
If you mean that you are getting diesel in your crankcase then you have an internal leak in the engine and it could come from a host of places. The engine information is vitally important to lead you to an accurate answer... ie. Is it mechanical or electronic. Injector o-rings are the most common cauee that I have seen.
