If you have a Pokemon platinum original ds game and a supercard sd with let's say Pokemon ruby among with other games is there any way to migrate those Pokemon on ruby to platinum?

put the 2 games in the ds go on platernuim and press migrate instead of contiue
but you have to have completed league and pkedex (not sure about pokedex) then get pal park!!
