Yes, but it will be likely that there will be no insurance that would cover that phone if it got damaged.
Can't answer this question. Version may not unlock your phone you would need to check with Verison before purchasing the phone from someone else. I think Verison uses CDMA and there is no such thing as an "unlocked" CDMA phone.
If your phone has pornographic pictures of a minor, or you are a minor, you can get into trouble.
Verizon in state AT&T everywhere else..... I hate at&t but i use it for travel and stuff
You can't. Doing so would require changing your phone's number to that of the 'someone else', which cannot be done unless you first remove it from their phone.
yes
It means someone is on the phone with someone else or the phone is off the hook.
this is only done in the movies!!!!!!
The police can can track you if you have a cell phone on you if they have a warrant to do so. If someone else else does it, then it will be illegal.
You don't. Unless you register with Verizon Online ahead of time and enter your contacts into your online account, or pay $2 per month to back up your contact list there is no way to transfer the list from one phone to the next. Verizon will do this if you upgrade your phone or break your phone and it can still be turned on (broken screen or that type of problem.) If the phone won't power up ... you lose your contact list and pictures. It seems weird that Verizon cannot do this ... but it has been my experience that Verizon customer service is only slightly better to that found at the DMV. I hate going to Verizon or calling Verizon because it is almost impossible to get anything done, several Verizon employees will give you different answers to the same question and the employees seem to all be high school drop outs who would rather be anywhere else than talking to you. So, after re-entering the contacts you can find, make sure to go on verizon's website and update your contacts so it doesn't happen again. Incidentally, I find it incredibly unfair that you lose all the ringtones you bought when you switch phones and will have to pay to re-download all the same ringtones that were on your other phone.
For someone else to be receiving your text, calls and emails someone could of hacked into your phone. Whoever had did this could get into a lot of trouble.
Pretend to be someone else
Simple - It means someone-else got to her phone before she did ! Either that - or she didn't want to reply - and told a friend to respond instead !
