That is correct. Cats are considered pets and not food animals. Some cats are of special breeds and are very expensive.
If you ate one of my cats. I would call the police, the ASPCA, you would be sued and you would have all kinds of legal problems.

∙ 12y agoThe worst thing that can happen to a cat is being hit by a car. Every year a good amount of cats die by this means. This is awful as sometimes their corpse will freeze to the road.
