Heat mat & heat pad - are just different names for the same piece of equipment.
you just get different colour corn snakes
Ya..................CORN SNAKES!!!!!!!!!! Haha but srsly they do ... They dont eat CORN! They eat small rodents whitch are ATTRACTED to corn fields, so the snake is attracted to them.
Corn snake because they are much more friendly and will only bite if you antagonize them. Even then they aren't poisonous. A ball python on the other hand, is very large and it will squeeze. To them you are just another prey for dinner. So definitely get a corn snake.
If you mean can a corn snake be left unattended for five months without food or water - then ABSOLUTELY NOT ! That's just plain CRUEL !
corn snakes are very docile reptiles and are usually very calm and just slowly slither around smoothly :)
try four hours. that will give the snake some time to digest the food properly.
One of the nicest snakes in the world is the corn snake it's always found in corn fields but even if they do bite you their bites always feel like just a pinch
yes they can just dont let him/her in for too long or it will drownd
That depends on the species. Anywhere from 6 to 60 !This depends on the species of snake, the Eastern Diamond back has on average 12 young, the anaconda is usually between 20-40, the corn snake lays about 12-24 eggs.
Physically - they are the same shape - just larger versions of the babies. Their patterning is unique - like our fingerprints. No two snake patterns are alike - even if they come from the same clutch of eggs.
only if there very hungrey This is not true. Corn snakes are far from cannibalistic, unlike king snakes. If the cage is too small however, they will become stressed. Stress also stems from the snakes being very different in size.
Im sure if you have a large pet snake it will eat dead rats, just like my small corn snake eats dead mice. yeah they do.
