It's possible, but unknown - not enough information. Scan your ID through WHAT?
This would depend on whether the court or law enforcement agency holding the warrant entered it into NCIC, which contains the national wanted persons index. If they did, and your fingerprints are on file with that court or agency, then yes, a live scan of your fingerprints is going to reveal the existence of the warrant. Whether or not you are arrested immediately depends on whether the court or LE agency holding the warrant wants you badly enough to send someone to bring you back. Arrest warrants are valid until served or recalled. There is no "statute of limitations" on a warrant.
It is very likely that a bench warrant will show up in a background check. A bench warrant shows a poor level of responsibility.
If, during ANY step of the process, some organization or clerk 'runs' your name through the national database, if the warrant was entered, it will show up.
no they do not have to show you all they need is the search warrant. But what you should have done is to see the warrant. Sorry
If the warrant was entered into the interstate system (NCIC) yes, it will show up.
This doesn't make sense: a person who has been served a bench warrant is arrested and brought to the court that issued the warrant. However if the warrant has a bond amount specified, the person posts it, then doesn't show, then another bench warrant will be issued for a higher or no bond.
Actually the police don't necessarily have to show the warrant to anybody. In fact, to execute a search warrant it isn't even necessary for a resident or occupant of the premises to be present.
A traffic warrant is not likely to show up on a section 8 background check. A traffic warrant is not a felony, and it is not something that the person has been charged with.
do lymph nodes show on a cat scan
yes
If OH entered the warrant into the interstate system (NCIC) yes, it will.
Fingerprinted for WHAT? If they run a criminal history check on you and NV has entered you NCIC, the warrant will show up -OR- if CA checks your criminal status in any of your former states of residence it will likely show up also.
