Of bicuspids, incisors, canine and molars, humans have more molars. Excluding the wisdom teeth (tertiary molars), the number of incisors, bicuspids, and molars is the same (8 out of an adult total of 28 teeth).
Of the 32 permanent teeth, there are:
8 incisors
4 canine
8 bicuspid (premolars)
12 molars

Most baby teeth don't have roots at all, because they will come out. If they have roots they are probably adult teeth.
most people do unless you have lost all of them!
Children have 20 teeth, once they have all come in of course. Most children have all of their primary (baby) teeth by the age of 2 years old.
32 when they are all in, but most people don't get all of them till they are about 21.If you have all your wisdom teeth, you should have 32.
You won't get them unless all of your baby teeth are gone. Most people get them after that because they don't want to wait 80 years until all of their teeth are gone again.
Check out the website: puppymillrescue.com They have rescued MANY dogs that have lost most or all of their teeth. I'm sure you might be able to be helped by them.
Back in the day, there wernt dentists, so your teeth were most likely to rot. If all of your teeth were to rot, then you would most likely die, because all they ate back in the day was lots of meat......so evolution favored wisdom teeth, they would grow in long after all of your other teeth have grown in:))
Out of 32 adult (permanent) teeth, most adults have 28(wisdom teeth extracted), or 24(wisdom teeth and one premolar in each quadrant extracted). Most adults in their 40's have the latter, because it was common to extract the 4 premolars for orthodontia at that time. Most younger adults have 28 teeth. Some adults have all 32. I would say the average adult has 28 teeth.
They have very weak teeth roots so when there toung pushes against them they may fall out
