HE COULD HAVE CHARGED ME "FAILURE TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY ON ONE OF MINE AND 4 POINTS BUT TOOK IT EASY ON ME AND JUST CHARGED THE CARELESS DRIVING $130 AND NO POINTS. MY BROTHER IS A HIGHWAY PATROLMAN SO I KNOW THIS WAS TRUE BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY CALLED HIM TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN BEFORE THE COP GOT THERE. NOW A "RECKLESS DRIVING" CHARGE IS MUCH WORSE AND I'M NOT SURE OF THE POINTS VIOLATION IN YOUR STATE BUT IT CAN'T BE GOOD BECAUSE IT'S A MAJOR TICKET WHERE AS THE CARELESS IN A MINOR INFRACTION..
