If worst came to worst, your baby might be viable at that age.
I am sure they will do whatever they can do to save the baby.
The procedure for removing an appendics is small and should not harm the baby.
It will be worse if nothing is done. The appendics might burst, and that mean trouble bigtime, for the both of you.
