You would have to contact the Pennsylvania Department of Education to verify if it is a course they recognize.
You would have to contact the health department of Nevada to ask about reciprocity from California. If they accept NREMT certification, certification in the state should be accepted as long as your background check and driving records are clear. It is important to ask the Nevada department specifically for the state ou are moving from.
A good place to look would be a University Psychology Department (Clinical Psychology) which has a Geriatric (or Aging) Research Centre or Facility. Another place to look would be a Hospital or Health Sciences Centre which has a Geriatric Department (or a Department of Seniors' Health) in which research is often carried out in conjunction with a Medical School. Such a Geriatric Department may be operated as part of, or in conjunction with, a Department of Psychiatry.
