well, first of all DO NOT USE FAKE TANNER! it is very obvious, blotchy, and makes people look orange and sickly, not fresh-from-the-beach tan. You can go to an actual tanning salon though. That way you can have darker looking skin without the artificial glaze. Although, keep in mind that only half an hour in a tanning bed is equal to eight hours in the roasting sun! It can age you very very quickly. What I would do is stop trying to achieve the "brown look", at least until it comes back naturally. Change your makeup to match your skin tone!! Do not buy darker makeup to try to look tan again. It never works and looks terrible. Use fresh, rosier colors and not bronzers because, again, unless your skin is already tan, bronzers will make you look super orange. Once you have your new look, you will look fresh, healthy and ready to go! If you are having a hard time finding what out what makeups best suit lighter skin, consult a makeup artist in your local mall or department store.
