you would still need your foster parents consent
If they are married they are emancipated through the fact they are married, so I would say no.
Once you're married, you're legally considered an emancipated adult and would not be covered by your parents' insurance. You would be covered by your spouse's insurance.
If a 14 year old girl is married then her parents would of had to of agreed to it. If you are under the age of 18 in order for you to get married or emancipated you must have the permission of your parents to do so. There is paper work they have to fill out also. So, yes she is considered an adult because when you get married you become emancipated.
Most parents will consent to marriage if their daughter is pregnant. If this is not the case however you will have to wait until you have you baby. When you have your baby you are automatically emancipated and are considered an adult and then you can get married without consent. You are only medicly emancipated, your parents still have legal control over that. You would have to get a judge to overturn your parents desision which is hard to do.
A minor mother can and have the right to make decisions about her baby. If they think she can handle the baby and allow her to get married the baby will come with her. She will then be emancipated since she is married.
foster parents would be parents nourriciers

Only if your legally emancipated from your parents which i don't think would be approved for a 14 year old.. maybe there would be a better possibility at 16, and at 16 you could get married and automatically be emancipated..but you need parental consent. you could get married at 15 but you would have to go to court and be pregnant.
You cannot get married without her consent. You'll have to wait until you are 18. If you got married, you would be emancipated.
I had many foster parents because I wasn't obedient!
A foster child.
I think this depends on if the foster parents would take your friend back or not. If your friend moved out of the friends house she would have to by law move in with another foster family because she isn't a legal adult. I think that is the way it goes unless your friend got emancipated from the foster care system and can live on her own.
