Let player 2 beat player 1 because a level will never drop
You can edit at lvl. 1, but you need copper for it. And you can't edit the WHOLE character without paying real money for it. You have to be lvl. 10 to do they pay edit. IG you can edit hair, marks/piercings/horns and haircolor. Like stated above, you can edit your character at level 1 (by choosing what you want and don't want on the character). But once you reach higher levels, it would suck for you to have to delete characters and customize them. That's why you're able to re-customize your character by changing the way they look (for ten dollars I think, I've added a link to WoW so you can check the prices yourself) or you can change the race or faction of your character for 25-30 USD.
No. Player characters can attain Lv81, by getting 100 in every skill tree. Non-player characters can be found with higher levels, it can be shown using console commands on the PC version. Angeir and Miraak display a level of 150, they do not follow the same 'rules' as player character levelling.
Yes because you can only have 1 deathknight Per server without 2 accounts. When you have a level 55 character on any server, you can also create a single Death Knight on any other server.
level 3 but i think it is changing next month
A character that is equiped with a lot of items that they should not have access to at their level is said to be "twinked out". This usually occurs when a high level character passes an item down to a lower level "alternate" character. The lower level character is sometimes then refered to as a "twink". E.g. "I'm going whto pass this sword down to my level 10 twink and pwn all the noobs!"
No, in the standard game level 50 is the top level for both the Player and weapon proficiency.Yes, you can. In oder to get past level 50, you need to download The Seret Armory of General Knoxx. The highest you can go now is level 69. P.S. You can also just mod your character.
Yes sea levels are constantly changing.
You must play on hardcore or insane the whole level without changing for it to be there. It is located on Haestrom in the recruit tali mission. it is on the floor in the room that tali is located in.
It depends on where you are in Norath, (everquest two world.) If you are a level 30 character in a level 2-10 zone, then no you will not die. But, if you are a level 1 character in a level 50 zone, then you will most likely die from being killed by npc's.
