depends on your body mass if you have lots of muscle or hardly any fat then between a week and a month if you had a lot of fat(where the THC is stored) then 30-45 days a heavy cannabis user for 5 years passed the urine test in 3 days but he worked out about 10 hours a day and drank lots of fluids it should also be noted that if they test your hair then they would have a 10-20 year history of drugs depending on how long the hair was
