- If a man does not want to commit then it is worth the risk to break up. He will either miss being with you or he may well enjoy his freedom. In many cases the person who is afraid to commit finds that the grass on the other side of the fence is not always greener, meaning they no longer have you; they try to find what they are looking for and eventually realize it was there all the time right in front of them ... you! It is better to break up with someone who refuses to commit because there is no future for your relationship than waste your life hoping they will change their mind.
