Actually, rabbits do not like changes, so at least it will be annoyed. If it is really angry, it might choose not to use its litterbox, but instead use the floor, or your shoe, or your bed. Of course, this is assuming yours is a free-run indoor house rabbit, who only is put into its hutch when you are not able to supervise.
If you sweep out the rabbit's hutch every day or two, and give it a good scrubbing out every month or two, you shouldn't have a problem with spiders. If the hutch is located near a bush or other area that's already infested with rabbits, move it.
