I wouldn't recommend cooking both at the same time. I would cook your ham first, and then your turkey.
That being said it can also depend on how big your oven is. If you have a commerical size oven then go ahead. The thing is that you need to make sure that both your turkey and ham reach a internal temperature over 180 degrees. This will ensure that all the bacteria is cooked out. I would cook at 375 if I had a big enough and spacious oven to do so.
No problem. The potatoes will do just fine at 250 and should take about the same time as the ham to cook. Don't cut the potatoes into pieces too small: halves or quarters will be okay, depending on the size of the potatoes.
Put them into the oven at the same time; the potatoes will benefit from the longer, slower cooking and should taste great.
i would begin to cook them both together for the 2 hrs at 325. but first the check the potatoes after one hour and adjust as necessary. Without knowing what kind of potatoes that is the best i can offer.
Potatoes are less likely to go wrong or cause food poisoning if they are cooked at the 'wrong' temperature. Use the ham temperature, put the potatoes in at the same time (on the ham temperature). They will be almost cooked by the time the ham's done - if they're still a bit hard you can finish them in the microwave. If all else fails, steal your neighbours oven.
2 hours at 325
1.5kg equals 3.3lbs turkey should be cooked for 20 minutes per pound and 20 minutes should be added to the total cooking time. So at least 1hour and 20 minutes should see the turkey cooked! Check it's cooked by inserting a knife or skewer into the thickest part of the turkey leg, ensure that the juices run clear and your turkey is then fully cooked.
