I would say that the percentage would be at least around a 1/4, 25%. That is bolstered by the fact that that area now has a pizza shop that takes pesos instead of dollars. Also, the show Hogan Knows Best shed a little more light on that, as they had to speak a little more Spanish as the immigration has already gotten out of hand.

I don't believe that it is. Although speaking Spanish in addition to English is definitely an advantage, I believe that speaking only Spanish and no English is a severe handicap. I speak both, but I believe that English is the most important language, since my job depends upon it.
