If it takes two business days to ship, then it will arrive on wednesday. The day count always starts the day after you order it, because if it will ship in one day it will not arrive the same day that you order it.
Depending on where the letter is going, it may arrive on Monday. If you are sending a letter within your town or a neighboring town that shares the same P&DC, then it will probably arrive at its destination on Monday. If it is going to a town served by another P&DC, it will probably arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
A business day is Monday-Friday, so if you ordered it on Tuesday it should arrive Thursday or Friday.
