If your club penguin membership runs out you will keep all your clothes and stuff in your inventory (but you won't be able to wear them). Your furniture for your igloo will be put in storage but you won't be able to access it until you become a member again. Your puffles will get squashed up in a little basic igloo. The ONLY thing you will lose will be your upgraded igloo (if you upgraded it). But you will also loose your puffles.

I mean its not cheap to get a membership for club penguin but its definitely worth it because you can barley do nothing if your not a member!
