What are the pnalties for refusing to take a test to determine whether you are intoxicated?

your liscense gets suspended for 6 months. you still go to court where you can choose to fight it. the only difference from blowing and not is that the court has less evidence against you. may be easier to get out of it too.. now if you refused but still did the feild sobriety test then they still have evidence on you.
