No.
No. If you are a juvenile it is not called a warrant anyway, it's a Juvenile Petition. When you turn 18 it will not " go away" until it is hear in front of a Judge. So no it will not go away
A warrant will never go away.. They used to only last 7 years not they last forever..
There is none. The warrant will not go away until it is served (person arrested).
You can not put an adult in a juvenile facility! And in Florida, when you turn 18, you are considered an adult. Juvenile records are sealed. The juvenile warrant won't go away for 7 years. (Florida statute of limitations) However, a juvenile warrant will not become an adult warrant just because they child turns 18.
Unless the person turns themselves in or is found and arrested or die the warrant stays. it doesn't just go away after a period of time. until there is some action taken it is there to stay
No waiting: they can go straight to a judge and have a warrant issued.
It depends on what the offense is that you are wanted for.
Only if the state it is issued in has a statute of limitations on the crime itself.
2 years
Your criminal record is permanent. You might get your juvenile crimes sealed away, but nothing goes away on your adult record by itself. You can try to have your misdemeanor expunged from your record if you can convince the judge that you have really changed and deserve it.
No, but if you stay off howrse for too long a Sleipnir will run away.
"Failure to appear" in Alabama will cause a bench warrant to be issued for your arrest. Usually, you would not be picked up on a bench warrant unless they run your ID for another reason and the warrant shows up. You will be taken to jail under the warrant and will remain there until (a) you post bond, or (b) you go to court. You will be assigned the "next available" court date, sometimes as long as 30 to 60 days out.
