It depends how fast you are travelling, and also how long ago the star died; assuming the star JUST died, if you travel there and back at twice the speed of light, you will see it just as it disappears, travel any slower and it will be gone when you get back.
However if the star died, say, 10 light years ago, and the distance between earth and the star is 20 light years, you will have to travel at 4 times the speed of light to get back in time to see it disappear.

What forces are acting on the spaceship as it leaves the earth?

Thrust, which is propelling the spaceship upward, Gravity, which pulls the spaceship down, and must be overcomed by Thrust, Friction, from the air that wants to slow the spaceship down, and which also must be overcome, and Lift, which is the response from thrust and what keeps the spaceship airborne.

How does the theory of relativity explain the effects of time dilation on a spaceship moving past us at a speed close to the speed of light?

The theory of relativity explains that as a spaceship moves closer to the speed of light, time for the people on the spaceship appears to slow down compared to those on Earth. This is known as time dilation, where time passes differently for objects in motion at high speeds.

How does the spaceship return to earth?

The spaceship returns to Earth by firing its engines to slow down and re-enter the Earth's atmosphere. It then navigates through the atmosphere before deploying parachutes to safely land in a designated landing area.

Why does a spaceship orbit around earth?

Because it has reached the "Orbit" zone in the upper atmosphere where the gravity is only strong enough to keep it from floating off into space, but not strong enough to pull it down back to Earth. Thus why it just travels parallel to the Earth's surface

Can't drop anything without gravity?

Due to the lack of gravity in outer space, an object and the astronauts in a spaceship, will float. Back on Earth, gravity causes an object to drop to the ground, and keeps our feet firmly on the ground.

Do people travel back in time when they go back to earth?

No, but because time and speed are relative the closer we get to the speed of light the more time slows down.

Can you give me two reasons why a spaceship requires less force to take off from the moon than to take off from the earth?

Sure! First, the Moon has less gravity than Earth, so there is less force pulling the spaceship down. Second, the Moon has no atmosphere, so there is no air resistance to overcome when taking off, making it easier for the spaceship to lift off.

Why is the 100 Questions called show?

Because there was 100 passengers ( prisoners ) to go down to earth from space to save the spaceship because there was a nuclear war and they wanted to make sure the earth was safe for the other people to go down.
