No. HIV can only spread through bodily fluids like semen or blood. Even then it's not too easy to spread.
People are far too terrified of HIV. As long as you're not sharing needles or having unprotected sex with HIV infected partners, you are not going to get HIV. Even if you are, it's still not guaranteed. HIV is a lot harder to get than you think.
