im pretty sure you would find both since the camel's hump is mainly used to store water and there is probably a lot of fat in it to contain it
there are no wild camels so they are given water in captivity, and they store the water in there humps.
I would expect to find camels in a Sahara caravan.
well sometimes they could dig muck up and then there could be water and the desert could have lakes Camels will need to find a watering hole for a proper source of water. Camels can last a long time without having to replenish water. They are used to cross deserts because they don't need to find water there.
Water Trees Sand Camels Tents
As you are probably aware, the dessert is very dry, so any thing living there would find water hard to come by, so when rain does fall, a cactus will gather it giving them self a water containment while doing so. The same goes for camels. Camels store water in the humps so they don't grow thirsty throughout the day.
They don't store food in their humps, they store water because it is rare that they find water and when they do they need to keep hydrated until they find the next oasis.
Both Camels and deserts may be found in China.
Camels in the wild don't have homes. Since there isn't much growing in the desert they need to keep moving to find enough food. Domesticated Camels might be kept in a stable.
They will usually ride on camels as there is alot of camels that belong in a desert. You will find camels in desert because they store water in there hump back and have sandy feet. Deserts are made of sand, rock and mountains. You could even travel on a donkey but it is very unlikely.
