Yes. THC stays in your hair until you cut it off. The THC will show up in your hair for a long time, until all the hair that was on your head the last time you smoked has completely grown out and been cut off. Hair grows at about 1/2 to an inch per month, so if your hair is longer than 2 inches, you will still test positive for marijuana through a hair sample.
