That depends on the rules of your jurisdiction but mainly your parent will have to be notified and you may be cited as a juvenile which may only be a small fine like $50.00. You may have to go to court with a parent present.

Make a Sim with the Kleptomaniac trait. Go to the graveyard at night Left Click You should see the option "Steal Something" Click that Your Sim should steal a grave If they don't click "Steal Something" again until they do.
Its different in some countries. But in Florida if you steal something, you go to jail.

You go to jail for breaking and entering with the intent to steal. Or the DA can get you with theft, breaking and entering which is a felony. It all depends on the DA.

Save your game. Go up to someone and make sure the eye is closed. Then go into the person's inventory, and steal something. If you don't get caught, save it and steal something else. If you get caught, go back to the last save. Rinse and repeat. It might take a while, but it's worth it.
It is possible you could go into the juvenile system until you are 25 ( at least in CA). That's pretty mean stuff for a 12. Why so mad?
