That said marijuana can take up to 30 days (if your fat even longer), crack on the other hand generally will totally pass from the system in 4 days. The difference is that THC is lipid soluble and crack water soluble. So THC gets stuck in your fat, crack cocaine does not. Niacin or B6 helps metabolize fats, and while useful in passing THC out of the system may not be too helpful with crack. On the other hand, it does color your pee yellow so this makes it easier to mask the fact that you drank a lot of water prior to the test.
