Yes it does not matter whether or not another human prescibes medication. it does not effect the drugs biochemistry.
Yes.
No, Suboxone is a synthetic opiod drug and does not produce the same metabolites that oxycodone does. A standard drug screen for opiates will come up positive after oxycodone use, it will not after Suboxone use. Suboxone needs to be specifically tested for.
yes it is very dngerous to take oxy with subs!! you can die no doubt about it. what suboxin does is prevent you from doin an oxy it is a opiet blocker. if you take a sub and try to do an oxy an hour or so later you dont get high or if you do an oxy and then do a sub you will get severe withdrawl symptoms or go into cardiac arrest be careful with both of these drugs.
yeah I drank 1 about an hour before my drug test and it showed up as meth
Yes. Oxycodone is prescribed for the relief of moderate to high pain under the well-known pharmaceutical trade names of OxyContin®, Tylox®, Percodan® and Percocet®. While Tylox, Percodan and Percocet contain only small doses of oxycodone hydrochloride combined with other analgesics such as acetaminophen or aspirin, OxyContin consists solely of oxycodone hydrochloride in a time-release form. While classified as an Opiate, the chemical structure and metabolite of Oxycodone requires a separate Opiate test with a substantially higher sensitivity detection level than that of the standard Opiate drug test. Consequently, a positive test result will not only confirm Oxycodone but other opiates as well. In this regard the Oxycodone test is not Oxycodone specific but opiate specific, being able to detect Oxycodone/opiate use at the higher sensitivity level required while the 2000 ng/ml sensitivity level of the standard opiate test would not detect Oxycodone. Oxycodone is known to metabolize by demethylation into oxymorphone and noroxycodone. In a 24-hour urine, 33-61% of a single, 5mg oral dose is excreted with the primary constituents being unchanged drug (13-19%), conjugated drug (7-29%) and conjugated oxymorphone (13-14%)1. The window of detection for oxycodone in urine is expected to be similar to that of other opioids such as morphine. Oxycodone is a semi-synthetic opioid with a structural similarity to codeine. The drug is manufactured by modifying thebaine, an alkaloid found in the opium poppy. Oxycodone, like all opiate agonists, provides pain relief by acting on opioid receptors in the spinal cord, brain, and possibly directly in the affected tissues.
It completely depends on how long after shooting you take the test. Hypothetically, if you injected the roxy and urinated into the cup immediately afterward, the oxycodone will not have entered your urine and you will test clean, assuming you haven't used any for at least a couple of weeks before today. The oxycodone will probably show up on the test after about an hour in your system.
Oxycodone doesn't come in 325mg dosages - you're likely using Percocet in generic form. The 325 is the Tylenol level in that drug. The Oxycodone level will be indicated with a 2.5, 5, 7.5 or 10. OxyContin has an 8-12 hour effectiveness, where Percocet only lasts 4-6 hours. So from that OxyContin is going to be the more effective of the two. (depending on the amount of Oxycodone present in each)
Oxycontin IS Oxycodone, it's just the time-released version of it, having a release buffer that allows release of Oxycodone over a 12 hour period.
One hour per 12 ounces
and you want to know why..? but you chew the gum for an hour (one hour before the test) and then you chug a can of mt dew 30 minutes before
First, I'm assuming you are referring to Oxycodone (Oxycodine is a common misspelling of Oxycodone). To answer your question they are the same drug... Oxycontin contains Oxycodone, the only difference being that Oxycontin is designed as a time-released version of Oxycodone over 8-12 hours. Oxycontin pills go as high as 160mg per dose. That is why people overdose so easily on Oxycontin when they are chewed up and swallowed or crushed to snort/inject. The high dose hits them all at once rather than being released over several hours. This can be very lethal unless the individual has already been taking the drug for a while and their body has built a sufficient tolerance to it.
4 hours, but you can not eat before you take it and take it an hour prior to your drug teat.
Well, I've been taking 80mg of oxycodone 3 times a day for 4 years now. Sometimes it takes an hour, other times it seems to even take up to 2 hours. I think it just depends on how much you are eating before you take it. If you take it on an empty stomach it seems to hit you quicker, if you just had your lunch it may take longer. Again, I am shareing this information based on my expierence with the drug. Well, I've been taking 80mg of oxycodone 3 times a day for 4 years now.
