It means that he isn't good enough for you if he can't choose who he likes its because he isn't really ready for a relationship and he just like to flirt with the both of you and he isn't really ready for a real relationship......I had a best friend the same thing happened and it ended BADLY soo please just back off that dude once you do if he truly likes you he will start to wonder where you went and start to apprroach you! hope this helps!
