If you took a home test and it tested positive for cocaine and i didnt use and i send to lab is there a chance the result will be different?

At the risk of violating federal medical privacy laws, are you on antibiotics? Most of them--especially ones with "cillin" in their names--will cause a false positive for cocaine. Also, strangely enough, tonic water--which contains quinine--will cause a false positive for cocaine, and Sudafed has been known to.
A GC/MS system will be able to determine whether the drug you're on is amoxicillin, Sudafed, gin & tonic, or cocaine.
