If you took a pregnancy test before your period and it came positive but you got your period a week after are you pregnant?

The same thing happened to me....Im so upset! I'm going to schedule me an appointment for a blood test. I took another test today after bleeding for three days and still had a light positive line so maybe just maybe I will be lucky enough to still be pregnant! Before the bleeding I had 3 positive test.
