yes, but after you have the dbaby it will not grow unless you buy a cake and click blow out candles or enter the cheat testingcheatsenabled true and shift+click and hit the age button

Yep, but the baby will not grow up, and your sims will not get older. To turn on aging: SHIFT+CONTROL+C, type Aging On.
