Hello While doing a weave there is no particular direction the hair should be cornrowed as long as the hair all gathers at the top(crown). The cornrows are just used as a foundation to sew the hair on to. This process is really difficult to understand in writing it would take someone to actually show you this procedure face to face. I hope I helped:)
The answer is yes & no. No matter if you have natural hair or relaxed hair if you don't take the time to properly care for it will be unhealthy. There are benefits to natural hair and relaxed hair but it really depends on your preference. Choose the option that best for you.
You have two options. To grow it out or cut off the relaxed hair.
Some people do & some people don't. You can relax your hair if it is natural, or you can leave it natural.

You can't. Once it has been chemically relaxed you will have to wait until you have regrowth and just let it all grow out of your hair.
Not necessarily; there are people with natural hair who simply have slow growth & it is actually very possible to have healthy relaxed hair. Growth has to do with genetics, vitamins, & hair care.

No, you do not have to cut your hair. You can simply stop getting relaxers. To avoid a rough transition, though, you should get sew ins until your transition is complete. If your hair is currently relaxed, then you will need to cut off the relaxed parts. You may grow your hair out of about 4-6 months before cutting the relaxed parts, but if you don't cut it, it will soon break off at the demarcation line (the point where the stronger natural hair meets the more fragile relaxed hair)
A good driver is a relaxed driver, a relaxed driver is a confident driver, and a confident driver is a good driver.
You really cant make relaxed hair curly, you have to have natural curly hair. Don't try anything you can damaged your hair really badly putting to many chemicals in it, trust me I have tried
You can either do the "big chop" (which means cutting off all the permed parts so that you only have natural hair left), you can wear braids to blend the relaxed parts with the natural parts while the natural part grows longer, or you can use a flat iron (very gently) on the natural part to blend it in with the relaxed part.
Some women do & some don't. What matters is what the person wants to do, not what society says. Remember: you are not any less Black if you relax your hair and you are not revolutionary if you wear your hair natural.
