There is a difference between sexual identity and sexual orientation.
Sexual Identity is the sex with which you identify, no matter your physical primary sexual characteristics.
Sexual Orientation is the sex which you are attracted to.
If you were physically assigned to the male sex at birth but identify as a female and are attracted to females, no matter your genitalia, if you really feel you must label yourself, you could be considered a lesbian female.
