Pretty much anything, but norplant. Norplant is meant to stay in for five years. Taking the pill is fine. You can get pregnant right away after stopping the pill. It is reccomended to wait at least one full period cycle after getting off any birth control before trying to get pregnant. For some women, it takes longer to get pregnant even if they have never been on birth control. All women are different. You can also talk to your doctor and see what they recommend as best for you.

The best type of birth control for this case is the pill. But, be careful using this method. Missing just one dose can cause pregnancy if you're not careful. If you use depo-provera, it could take anywhere from 10 to 18 months before becoming pregnant. It doesn't matter how long you have been on it - one month or 10 years.
