Don't join gangs in the first place. Iv'e heard that it's hard to back out of them, and it will mess up your life, permanatly. Do you truly want someone bossing you around and makeing you commit crimes. Crime NEVER pays, It may seam fun at first, but you will pay for it in the very end!
