Greenhouses --for the food Melt the ice - so it would increase the carbondioxide level in the atmosphere - and then that would help the warming of the atmosphere - and that would let the water melt by itself. coz there is water on mars...
No animal could live on mars as far as scientist know scientist have sent out the opportunity and spirit rovers that found ice which proves that there was once water on mars
THEY WERE SENT TO MARS SO THAT WE CAN DISCOVER MANY NEW THINGS ON MARS!!!
We have not found a good reason that some sort of living thing could not live on Mars. There is water, and the surface of Mars is certainly warm enough. But, no living things have been detected yet on Mars by the several rovers that we have sent to Mars' surface.
As of now, no humans live on Mars. Several robotic missions have been sent to explore the planet, but no manned missions have been sent yet. Various plans and proposals exist for future human missions to Mars, but they have not yet been realized.
No one has sent 15 rovers to Mars

by shooting it to mars
There is no life on mars.
Sending human beings to Mars is substantially more dangerous and expensive than sending an unmanned shuttle. It would take many days for astronauts to reach the red planet, and large quantities of supplies would need to be sent with them for them to survive the journey and to spend enough time on Mars to collect useful data and samples.
No living creature of any kind has been sent to Mars, not even microbes (all components of a spacecraft that will land on another body are sterilized before assembly).
