You could try a chapter where the character lives/dies. There could also be other possibilities like maybe a ending where the good character turns evil or vice-versa. Maybe two people do/do not end up together or you could kill off a character close to the main person bringing devastation/happiness to them. Or even leave the chapter on a cliff hanger. Then you could even try to write another chapter or whole story with the same character. It depends on whether or not "Sales Office" is a a proper noun or not. In most cases, it would not be. For example, if you company had a sales office in Chicago, then it woudl just be the "Chicago sales office." If, however, you were talking about a store or club in Chicago that happened to be named "Sales Office," you would then properly write it as "the Chicago Sales Office."
